Island Car Service is pleased to offer the following hourly service rates.
Tolls and 20% gratuity additional. An hourly minimum will apply.
 
Luxury Sedan $50.00 per hour.
6 passenger limousine $75.00 per hour.
8 passenger limousine $80.00 per hour.
10 passenger limousine $90.00 per hour 
Other sizes available to 24 passenger. Please ask for prices.
 
Prices and minimum hours vary higher and lower based on date, time, and type of event.
 
Sedan service not covered by the above (not done at an hourly rate) is calculated at $1.25 per mile round trip plus distance to and from our office. Tolls additional.
 
Stretch Limousines are calculated at a higher per mile rate, depending upon size of vehicle.

All rates are effective from 6:00 am to 12 midnight.
Service before 6:00am add $10.00
Service after midnight add $10.00
Service between 1am and 5am add $15.00
Stretch Limousine service charges are higher.
 
Stops on the way $10.00 additional for Sedans - $20.00 for Stretch Limousine
Variable Operating Surcharge currently 7% of base fare
Cellular phones $1.50 per minute
Tolls, Parking, and 20% gratuity added to all fares and charges

Additional information for Sedans:
Sedan rates include 30 minute waiting time at airports for delayed flights and baggage claim service. Additional time will be charged at the rate of $12.50 for each 15 minute interval thereafter. Island Car Service will not abandon a passenger unless instructed. Upon dismissal customers will be charged in full, plus wait time if applicable. Flights are checked 1 hour prior to scheduled arrival, and all charges are based on information reported by the airlines until the car is dispatched. Rates include 15 minutes waiting for all other occurrences at point of origin.

Additional Information for airport arrivals:
All airport arrivals are met in baggage claim or outside customs unless otherwise specified. If you do not see your driver at scheduled meeting place please call (914-967-0684) at once so we can connect you with your driver. Customers leaving without calling to check status of driver may be subject to full fare. Changes In flight information require 2 hours notice, and are subject to availability. All Reservations arriving into an airport require and accurate flight number and scheduled arrival time. Customers are subject to full fare for and car dispatched based on inaccurate information, even if passenger is not picked up.
